OUR INITIAL PHONE CONSULTATION We ask the important questions: number of people involved in the move, current hobbies and lifestyles, potential cultural barriers, possible schooling requirements, prior experience living in the area, expected arrival and timing of the move. After the informal information gathering session, we outline potential possibilities for our client. We process their information and begin the introductions to neighborhoods in Hampton Roads area that they may identify with and feel at home. GUIDING THE CLIENT Our job is not to tell our clients what to do, but to soften their hard decisions. We give them the information they need, the counseling they want, and the support they demand.
