Kim Davis

A native of Scotland, Kim joined the Chantel Ray Real Estate Team in 2008 and offers a unique level of expertise combined with a phenonmenal level of professionalism.  Kim is a licensed Realtor with over 16 years experience in the real estate field. 

She has participated in a variety of contract transactions, including luxury residential properties in both Hampton Roads and overseas.

Her extensive knowledge and experience, combined with the Chantel Ray Team's resources provide a unique advantage to her clients.
