Janice Bullard

Janice is a graduate of Miami Christian College in Miami Florida with a degree in Counseling.  She has been a resident of the Hampton Roads area for over 25 years and spent a large portion of that in Marketing and Advertising, both sales and consulting.  Her in-depth experience in marketing and love for real estate investing, naturally lead her into her real estate career.

Janice goes the extra mile when it comes to marketing a property or finding just the right home for her clients.  A true “Homehunter” she takes a great deal of pleasure in researching for her clients the properties that meet and exceed their expectations.   She does this by listening and being tuned in to what her buyers want and staying on top of what is current in the marketplace.   Her boldness and tough negotiating skills help her to finalize the transactions for her clients. She also works well with investors in this very aggressive market.
 
Janice enjoys her three children Andrew, Tim and Danielle.  She also is very passionate about the music ministry in her church as well as local and international missions.
