 Since 1986, Carmen Mills has been selling HOMES in Southside Hampton Roads (Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth and Suffolk, VA). She is an Accredited Buyer Representative and specializes in the selling of Re-sale, New Construction, FSBO, VA and HUD homes.

       As an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Carmen's many satisfied clients' benefit by having her working exclusively on their behalf and representing their best interest . . . (brokerage fees are paid by the seller).
       Carmen believes the business of real estate is about people. Navy orders brought Carmen and her family to Virginia Beach over 20 years ago and today they still call Virginia Beach "HOME". Being married to a retired Navy Master Chief (Submariner) and moving on the average of every 18 months, Carmen understands your moving needs. "She's been there…She's done it."

Carmen has one son and two grand dogs! She was raised in the North but is a true Southerner at heart. When time permits, Carmen enjoys traveling. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
