On Personal Side

Bill is a native Virginian born and raised in the northern Shenandoah Valley. He attended Military Prep school as a day student and Military College ultimately being commissisoned as a Second Lieutenant in the Army.  After active duty assignments in Georgia, Indiana, Japan, and Virginia, Bill and his wife, Shirley, settled in Chantilly, Virginia and earned their licenses as Real Estate Agents.  They worked very effectively as a husband/wife team earning numerous awards for sales achievements.  Bill was also a Certified Real Estate Appraiser during this period.

In 2003, Bill and Shirley moved to Virginia Beach to be near their youngest son, his family, and salt water fishing. Bill and Shirley have three children, four grandchildren, and one great grandchild.  Bill enjoys hunting, fishing, coin collecting and growing things.
